All BModesto Group enitities welcomed Doncaster Pharma with a delicious cake and pie!
BModesto Group is expanding into the UK. It recently signed a deal to acquire part of the business and assets of UK company Doncaster Pharmaceuticals Group Limited. Founded over 35 years ago, the company is one of the leading parallel importing companies in the UK.
In order to keep Doncaster’s long history intact, BModesto Group will relaunch the company under the name ‘Doncaster Pharma Ltd’. With the addition of Doncaster Pharma, the BModesto Group family now has five subsidiaries in different disciplines in the healthcare market.
